David Gravelle
Our principal, David Gravelle, spent more than 15 years serving as the Physician Recruitment Officer for the Southern Georgian Bay area of Ontario and as the Specialist Recruitment Consultant at Georgian Bay General Hospital in Midland and Penetanguishene.
From 2022 to 2024, he was the Director of Physician Recruitment – Canada at Jack Nathan Health, a public company that designed, built, and managed medical clinics in Walmart Supercenters across Canada and Mexico. (Jack Nathan Health was acquired by WELL Health Technologies Inc. in November 2024.)
In the fall of 2024, he accepted a short contract with the Touchstone Institute as Physician Recruitment Officer for the Practice Ready Ontario program for Internationally Trained Physicians.
In December 2024, he returned to community recruitment as the new Health Human Resources Recruiter with the Muskoka Almaguin Ontario Health Team (MAOHT), recruiting family physicians and Nurse Practitioners for central Ontario towns and villages that make up the Muskoka region.
As a dedicated advocate for the physician recruitment profession, David is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Physician Recruitment Alliance (www.opra.ca), and vice-chair of the Central Ontario Physician Recruitment Alliance.

In 2016, David was recognized by his peers with the Canadian Society of Physician Recruitment (CaSPR) Lifetime Achievement Award for his innovative efforts in physician recruitment and retention, and his support and advocacy for the profession of physician recruitment in Canada.
