Our team is experienced in recruiting family doctors for rural and medium-sized communities through a holistic approach to recruitment.  Through a rigorous pre-qualification process, we only refer candidates we feel will fit well within a client’s culture and team. We would rather recommend a physician to a colleague than place them in the wrong situation.

Our process focuses on recruiting the entire family, so a candidate’s professional and personal needs are met, from faith to food, and spousal employment to education and recreation.
